Payments processed through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s billing and subscription rules. Refund requests, where applicable, may also be subject to the policies of the platform through which you purchased.

You agree not to use AeroGuard VPN for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Violating any applicable law or regulation
- Infringing the rights of others

7. Service Availability

We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroGuard VPN and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the service.
In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of AeroGuard VPN after the updated terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
